Issue with IE and Edge vs Chrome

On Chrome my page displays fine with the header containing our logo and business information. There is a dot next to the address (which is in the name field on the plugin because there is no address field) This dot is annoying but not a big issue. However, on IE and Edge, this dot appears to the left of the page content in the light blue peripheral area. I need to either make sure it stays inside like on Chrome or eliminate it all together if possible. Page is https://test.premiercarepeds.com
