Issue with iDEAL payment via Paypal payment gateway

    Hello,

    I’m having a bit of an issue with iDEAL payments integrated in the Paypal payment gateway.
    I’ve had 2 people in the Netherlands attempt to checkout and pay using iDEAL.

    The customer got charged, but:
    – there’s no order in WC
    – there’s nothing in the Paypal account

    I’ve contacted Paypal but they said they see nothing and can’t really help.
    I’ve found multiple other posts on this forum on this exact issue but none of them have a fix.

    Any help is appreciated, not sure what to do.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    In order to better understand your site setup, I would like to check your System Status Report. It will be great if you could share your current System Status Report. You can get it by navigating to the WooCommerce / Status section of your site. Once there, click on the Get system report button and then copy it by clicking on the Copy for support button. Then paste it here in a comment.

    Hi @proxxydigital has Paypal/WC Support been able to solve this problem with iDEAL payments? I have the exact same problem with customers from the Netherlands saygin g they have placed orders and been charged, but there is no WC order or details of their transaction?
