Issue with https://revolution.themepunch.com/

Another thing I got a white screen when I tried to activate my rev slider and your knowledgebase plugin on a fresh installed wordpress with a theme of twentythirteen. I’m looking forward to your quick response for this issue. Thanks.

Sounds like a conflict with Revolution Slider. Please post a link to the problem so I can see it and try to help further.

<- I don’t get it, what link?? I think you can test it easily just install wordpress and try to install first the Revolution Slider and Activate it and then install your wp knowledgebase plugin and activate it. You will get a white screen after that.

Revolution Slider is a commercial plugin to which I do not own a license. So I cannot test this without purchasing the plugin. I’m happy to do that if it comes to it, but it would be nicer if I could just take a look at yours to a) verify the problem exists, and b) see if there is a simple solution that can be identified from the outside without going to the length of purchasing the plugin.
