    Hi, we have some issue.

We have checked in “hide out of stock products” in Woocommerce settings. They are hidden, but I supposed that heading means that they wont be visible at all, but lloks like they are partly “unvisible”.

For example here you can see, that product is “not visible” but it takes place. I would prefer to see here some really visible product not to loose extra block. https://ibb.co/xXRcJf0

Would it be somehow possible to correct?

    Hi @aleksandreeu,

This is indeed unusual as the setting should completely hide these products from view.

The issue you’re experiencing could be due to your theme settings. Could you please see that section and check how many products are showing per page? Also, could you please share the page link to check on our end?

Additionally, to troubleshoot, try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme like Storefront and disabling all plugins except WooCommerce to see if the issue persists. If it resolves, you can then re-enable your theme and plugins one by one to identify the source of the conflict.

If the issue persists after this, share a copy of your site’s System Status Report with us. You’ll find it at the top of the page under WooCommerce > Status > Select Get System Report and then Download for Support. This will download a TXT file containing the SSR’s contents to share with us.

Once you have the System Status Report file, please send it with your reply or share it via Mozilla Community Pastebin and share the link here.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

This issue was even before when we just started using Woodmart theme as I rememeber maybe 2 years beforeor so…

its https://www.zGruzie.cz Also in category where are only 6-7 products, it continues scrolling and “shoing up more porudts” or more pages… that are probably hidden/out of stock,

for example this category, if you scroll a bit, https://www.zgruzie.cz/gruzinske-sladkosti/ you will see next page in the url like: https://www.zgruzie.cz/gruzinske-sladkosti/page/2

    Hi there @aleksandreeu ??

Thank you for reaching back, with further details on this.

its https://www.zGruzie.cz Also in category where are only 6-7 products, it continues scrolling and “shoing up more porudts” or more pages… that are probably hidden/out of stock,

Could this be made more specific, and share a URL (product link) that is marked as hidden in the back-end but appears (is visible) on the front-end of the store, please?

for example this category, if you scroll a bit,?https://www.zgruzie.cz/gruzinske-sladkosti/?you will see next page in the url like:?https://www.zgruzie.cz/gruzinske-sladkosti/page/2

I went ahead with visiting both URLs, and while the second URL redirects to https://www.zgruzie.cz/, the first one displays 7 products (no further scrolling, or products appearing).

Below, I am attaching a screenshot, for reference.

I hope this is helpful! Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.

I pasted this link with example: https://www.zgruzie.cz/gruzinske-sladkosti/?you can just scroll down and you will see that URL will change to page2

    Hey @aleksandreeu!

I checked the link you shared and saw the same as my colleague mentioned. A page with 7 products, no other pages. I scrolled down to the bottom of the page and it did not change to page 2.

    Here’s a video:

    https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/23595456?key=00b59cfba004a6dea3959c466efe9010

So, in this specific page, the blank spot seems to be because there are no more products to show.

If you are still experiencing the issue you mentioned, please share the URL of a page where there are other products after the blank space so we can check it.

This issue was even before when we just started using Woodmart theme as I rememeber maybe 2 years beforeor so…

Just to confirm if we understood correctly, do you mean the issue started happening when you started using Woodmart theme?

    Thank you.

    Looking forward to your reply.

I see. probably I see it only when I am logged ina s admin…

But anyway, I can see empty block in the slidesho (for example) even when there are enough porducts. Even when i click arrow-rightbutton, i can see more porducts.

Also I can see out-of-stock products in up/cross selling, or in recommended, or in high rated blocks/widgets etc..

    Hello again @aleksandreeu,

But anyway, I can see empty block in the slidesho (for example) even when there are enough porducts. Even when i click arrow-rightbutton, i can see more porducts.

It is possible you are seeing this because you are still logged in as an administrator. Could you please try viewing your site from a private/incognito window and let us know if you are still facing the same issue?

Also I can see out-of-stock products in up/cross selling, or in recommended, or in high rated blocks/widgets etc..

I checked your site and could not see the out-of-stock products. Could you please share a screenshot of where you are seeing these products? You can use a screenshot sharing software like https://snipboard.io/ and paste the link directly in your reply.

Looking forward to assisting you further.

When I open from incognito window, I dont see pages on scrolling.

but even in incognito window for example here https://www.zgruzie.cz/lamaria-vcelarstvi-v-gruzii/ I see on the right side products and there is a Sarajishvili VS that is out of stock… https://ibb.co/k6v7R1Q — screenshot

And in the porduct pages, on the bottm where is section “YOU MAY ALSO LIKE…” or “RELATED PRODUCTS” there are usually 3/4 prodcts filled (I guess it should be always filled with 4 products as its set up. And I suppose that 4th porduct is hidden there.

    Hey, @aleksandreeu!

    Thanks for the additional information.

I checked and I was also able to see out-of-stock products on the sidebar, and only two products in the RELATED PRODUCTS area.

Regarding the latter issue, this seems to be working as expected. I tested on my test website and it only shows the products that are related to the one I’m seeing, so if only 1 or 2 products relate, they are the only ones to show. So it won’t always show 4 products. It shows up to 4 related products.

Regarding the out-of-stock, it should not be happening. It is possible there’s a conflict with the theme or plugin that is causing out-of-stock items to show there.

I see my colleague already suggested doing a conflict test, were you able to do it? If not, I’ll share more information about it below, okay?

To test, you’ll first want to change the theme on your site to Storefront, then check to see if the issue is still present. If that resolves the issue, you’ll want to get in touch with your theme’s developer and see if they have an update or fix for you.

If changing the theme doesn’t help, you’ll want to deactivate all plugins except for WooCommerce and take a look. If that fixes the problem, re-enable the other plugins one by one (gradually), checking after each, to see where the issue is coming from.

You can find more about this in this guide.

I hope this was clarifying. If you face any issues or have any questions, please let us know so we can assist you further.

I have tried to disable almost all plugins (on copy web version) but issue still was there. Porducts were shown as “in stock” but once you click and open product page you see that its out of stock.

I have activated as you recommended Storefront theme, and say the issue again.
    *Example:
Here I see poruduct in the sidebar as “in stock” https://ibb.co/VHZqvNR
But once you click its out of stock: https://www.ausgeorgien.at/persimmon-dried/

You can see the test domain name on the screenshot. If needed I can provide access for you, jes let me know where can i send.

    Hey, @aleksandreeu!

    Thank you for trying.

After some further investigation I was able to replicate this on my website if the out of stock product is set to allow back orders.

Can you please check your out-of-stock items and make sure they are set to not allow back orders and see if the issue is solved?

You can change this by going to Products > Click on the product > Inventory > Next to “Allow Back Orders” set it to “Do not allow” > Update the product.

Please try this and let us know if it worked.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thanks for confirming!

You mentioned you disabled almost all plugins.

Can you please share which plugins you did not disable besides WooCommerce?

Is it possible to try to disable all plugins (except WooCommerce) while on the Storefront theme and check? Any other plugins that are active maybe causing the issue.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
