Issue with Hero area on Tablet/Mobile

I am having a problem with the mobile version of a section of my clients site. I am not sure how to add screenshots I have? On elementor (back end builder), it is showing as having the text across the whole screen, but when you actually go to the front end site, it is compressing the text with huge left and right margins (showing 1-3 characters per line), but there are no margins set!!

I have put 0px margins and padding on the section, column and text element and even tried a -100px on left and right too… no difference. All margins/padding changed on desktop, tablet and mobile views.

I tried clearing the cache (both site and browser) and still no change.

Any idea how to fix this???
