Issue with header suddenly not being flush with top of screen

I’ve been fiddling with some plugins recently and went to look at my page and realized that the header is now shifted down, it used to be flush with the top of the page. I checked my header div and nothing seems out of the ordinary, and I didn’t alter anything in the css file recently–well as far as I remember.

I tried setting the top margin/padding to zero, setting position to relative or auto, and increasing the height of the header div. However when I increase header div height it remains the same *176px*. I went into the header.php and index.php files to see if it was locked somewhere in there but didn’t see any limits. Besides it shouldn’t be a height issue anyway.

Anybody see anything stupidly obvious I’m missing?
