Issue with Header and Footer Not Loading on Mobile for Cart and Checkout Pages

    I am facing a specific issue on my website where the header and footer created using Elementor are not loading correctly on mobile devices for the cart and checkout pages. Only the HTML is displaying on these pages, while they load perfectly on PC. Other pages across the site are also displaying correctly on both mobile and PC.

    Here are the details:

    • The issue is isolated to mobile view on the cart and checkout pages.
    • The cart and checkout content generated by the WooCommerce shortcode is displaying correctly; only the header and footer have display issues.
    • Other pages load the header and footer properly on mobile devices.

    I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but the issue remains unresolved:

    1. Regenerated CSS files in Elementor.
    2. Checked for plugin conflicts by deactivating other plugins one by one.
    3. Updated Elementor and WooCommerce to the latest versions.
    4. Cleared the website cache and mobile browser cache.
    5. Verified shortcode placement on the cart and checkout pages.
