Issue with Gutenberg v11.6.0

So I like this plugin, but I love it when used along side Search & Filter Pro.
That said, when Gutenberg 11.6.0 is activated, the Templates seem fine, but the Layouts don’t work. Nothing shows up in the Layout Sidebar, and on top of the page I am getting:
“Warning: file_get_contents(C:\xampp\htdocs\1acf_extended/wp-includes/css/dist/editor/editor-styles.css): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\htdocs\1acf_extended\wp-content\plugins\theme-blocks\addons\custom-layouts\includes\class-custom-layouts-admin.php on line 382”
Environment: Localserver: Xampp Windows 7 Pro, Chrome, PHP 7.2.xx, WP 5.8.1.
Of course deactivating Gutenberg everything works again, and this is not the first time or the only plugin/theme getting broke thanks to a Gutenberg update… so frustrated !
