    Hello,

Thanks for the excellent plug-in, and for answering so many questions about it.

The staging site is at: https://bit.ly/3s87z8J
You can do test orders using 4242 4242 4242 4242 as card number.

I have followed the instructions here: https://gtm4wp.com/how-to-articles/how-to-setup-enhanced-ecommerce-tracking

I can see the various tags firing, and I can see gtm4wp.orderCompletedEEC loading in GTM debugger.

However, the order data does not end up in GA.

I see many other people reporting the same issue, yet I’ve looked through at least 20 of those posts and I’ve been unable to resolve this.

The theme is Divi, which is a very common theme. So I doubt that is the cause.

There was a plug-in active which changes the checkout process (ARG Multistep Checkout). I thought perhaps that was the issue, due to it changing the checkout page. But even with it disabled, the issue persists.

After over 4 hours trying to fix this, I am at a loss as to what else might be causing the issue.

Based on some of the related posts I read, I have tried with and without the Do not flag orders as being tracked selected. Currently I’ve left that turned on.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Jonathan

  • Hello @inspired888 you have provided the card number but I need “Expire date” also to complete the order.

Hello @chiragsolanki. For all payment gateways in test mode you can use any future expiry date, and any CSV number.

It turns out the transaction data (for this staging site) was getting picked up by GA, but was delayed by many hours.

I got confused by the fact the /order-received/ page hits, etc., were showing up immediately in GA, but no order transaction data showed up for over 4 hours. Yet on our main (live) site, the order data gets delayed by perhaps 5 to 10 mins at the most.

    “Issue” solved.

Hello @inspired888 if the issue is resolved then that’s great.
