Issue with grouped product?

Our development site, dev.smithhonig.com, is still messed up from the 3.0.4 update as far as grouped products. You can compare it to smithhonig.com, the live site. Usually, if you click ‘Shop’ you will go to a landing page with categories and then to the shop page.

On the Dev site now, shop doesn’t go to our landing page, just the full general shop and all of the grouped products no longer show children or price ranges and our wood,leather,etc. pieces show ‘Out of stock’.

Any ideas or updates yet?
