Issue with groupe tied with courses

A group will not be linked automatically, you will need to create a group for the course and link it with the course by editing it.

yes , we created group linked with courses , but many time we found groups didnt still linked with courses after any changement of courses description or authors name of courses , last time we added shortcode of rating in courses description and the groups didnt still tied with courses ( in our site we make the groups masked , for make just student who’s enrolling to courses just join to that groups ,) thank

Try to bug it yourself, it seems site specific issue.

– deactivating all other plugins except for Learndash LMS, BuddyPress, and BuddyPress for Learndash to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
– switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

Not sure why. It worked for our on our test site.

I’m thinking something on your site specifically, must be causing it.

Just to narrow down the problem and debug the issue by using required plugins and default theme only.

Any code can be sniped for fixed the groups with courses , thanks

Hello another question about link or url of courses activities in the groups , when click for specific url of any goroups activities , they show you the status of that link like in this two link :
1 user join groups : https://prnt.sc/dmngyf , https://prnt.sc/dmnhr9

, suddenly the link of course activities status , show you empty page like this :
https://prnt.sc/dmnibx , https://prnt.sc/dmnryh after loocking to the source code of bp group notifier plugin , i found that plugin generate those urls from groupe activities to the url of his notifications ,wish you understand so can u help us for make that link good as well by give us some modification in code source thanks , we re elearning entreprise and we used your amazing theme social learner ,

Hey, I have a similar problem.

When creating a group, I can link it to a group but the related group does not appear on the course page. Of course, as soon as I modify the course content and hit update, it is “un-linked” because the field is on “-select-“.

On my staging, I’ve deactivated all plugins except Learndash LMS, bbPress, Buddypress, BuddyPress for LearnDash and LearnDash & BBPress Integration.

The problem still occurs : on course page, can’t select a group. On group page, the course is selected. If I save the course, it un-links it.

Even tried further and deactivated “LearnDash & BBPress Integration” and went back to the Twenty Sixteen theme -> problem still there.
