Issue with Github and Version control strings

    We have two small issues at present with the plugin –

    1) When using the github integration, its pushing each file, one by one, causing hundreds of builds into the pipeline rather than a single commit with all files included.

    2) The plugin is not removing version query strings, for example –

    wp-includes/css/dist/block-library/style.min.css?ver=5.8
    wp-content/plugins/wpforms-lite/assets/css/wpforms-full.min.css?ver=1.6.8.1
    wp-content/themes/oceanwp/assets/fonts/fontawesome/css/all.min.css?ver=5.15.1

    This in turn causes all these files not to work.

    Any ideas on fixes ?
