Issue with getting products from Order.

    Hi,

    We found one issue. One customer purchased one product and the order was showing as completed and we received the payment too( via stripe ).

    To get the product for which they purchased, when I went to the order page, I am unable to click on the actual item name.

    Also if I am trying to get products from the order id, then its showing product_id as 0.

    Please suggest.

    I’m not sure I understand what you’re trying to do. Are you trying to see what they ordered?

    If so, you should go to WooCommerce>Orders. Then click on their order from the list. You can see the product(s) ordered by the customer and all related billing, shipping, and order status information.
