Issue with get_the_post_thumbnail_url()

    From version 3.0 Cloudinary plugin not work with get_the_post_thumbnail_url() function.
    I see that you use add_filter(‘post_thumbnail_html’ …. for replace image, but this filter is not inside get_the_post_thumbnail_url() function, so cannot work.
    To make it work we have removed if(is_admin()) in class-media.php file line 2851 and use the others add_filter in all site and not only in admin, but I don’t know if this is the correct way.

    We have raised a ticket internally to handle this and I can confirm it is fixed in 3.0.4

    I’ll keep you posted when the 3.0.4 is released.
