Issue with FTP settings

Hello,

I would like to backup my site using a remote storage: FTP. However, when I click on the “Test FTP settings” button, I get a window that opens showing me this:

Result of the FTP settings test: Failure: impossible to connect with these credentials.

Messages :
* PHP event: code E_WARNING: ftp_login(): Login authentication failed (line 46, wp-content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ftp.class.php)

How can you help me?
Also, where do I need to go to access the backup? Is it in the wp-content folder in FTP?
