Issue with free shipping

  • Hello!

    I have an issue concerning the free shipping fee. The bundle I created (3 products) costs 137€ and I set the free shipping when someone reach the 50€ cart, but nonetheless that doesn’t work and the customer have to pay the shipping if want to purchase the bundle. 2/3 products in the bundle cost more thant 50€, only one is cheaper.
    I tried to fix both with my wc manager and shipment plugin support I’m using, but both failed. So I guess it’s a problem with your plugin.

    Hi there,

    Are you using the standard WooCommerce settings to set up free shipping? Or do you use some other plugin to manage shipments?

    Sorry for the late reply and thx for help.
    We are currently using a plugin to manage shipments (MBE E-Links) but it works fine on everything else.

    is this a FREE plugin ? How we can test it ? We think that this plugin is specific for Mail Boxes Etc and add something different compared to the standard WooCommerce workflow.
