issue with forward proxy

    i have issue setting up this plugin in my local env. i only have infranet connection and need to whitelist to go trough internet. i managed to whitelist https://my.visualcomposer.com and https://cdn.hub.visualcomposer.com/ to make system status all green and checked, but when i go to system status second time it redirect me to visual composer update page and i get WordPress Error: cURL error 56: Received HTTP code 403 from proxy after CONNECT. is there any more link i need to whitelist?
