    Hi there,

we are using Formidable Forms with your plugin to have a professional looking mail template.
The notifications when forms are submitted are being sent fine using the template set up with your plugin.

We are also using the Save & Resume feature of Formidable Forms that adds a “Save” button to the form so that users can fill out the form partially and return (via a custom link created by FForms) at a later time to complete the form.
When this feature is activated and a user clicks the “Save” button, Formidable Form sends a Save+Resume email-message containing this custom link. The message can be edited in Formidable Forms, screenshot: https://prnt.sc/3aOeZNKzuHBG

When your plugin is activated, this Save+Resume email is not being sent.
As soon as your plugin is deactivated, the email-message is sent.

What can we do to have these Save+Resume mails sent using the template of your plugin?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @mobizdev,

Our plugin does not handle the functionality of sending emails; it is solely responsible for styling outgoing emails. Therefore, I am unable to determine the cause of this issue with certainty.

Is this save function of Formidable Forms a standard function of the free plugin, or are you using a paid version of Formidable Forms?

    Hi Julian,

    thanks for your feedback.
We are using the Business Plan from Formidable Forms.

Is your plugin maybe hooking only into the wp_mail() function or also into standard php mail() function?

The plugin uses the standard wp_mail function. No other methods are used.

Are using any custom code or other plugins, that change mail functionality?

I would have to create a test environment and try to replicate the problem.

    best regards

Thanks – so it looks like that this functionality of FF uses standard php mail function due to some reasons.
I have contacted their support for more info on this.
