    Hello BetterDocs,

    I am having trouble having my website recognize BetterDocs page lengths, and as a result, puts a scroll wheel on the side rather than just move my footer down. Is there a setting that I could potentially change or alter?? (Even on the backend).

    Thank you so much,
    Kevin

    Hi @kbruno1989 ,

    It seems your theme CSS is causing this issue.
    Can you please switch to different themes like Twenty Twenty and let me know how it goes?

    Besides that, can you please provide your page URL so that I can closely check the issue on your page and assist you with this.

    Thank you!

    Hey Abid,

    I am so sorry for the delayed response. It has been such a crazy couple of weeks. Our website is: innovaresource.com (Password is InnovaTech)

    The web page we are having issues on is:
    https://innovaresource.com/docs/

    Let me know if you could let me know what the issue may be. I am not sure how to adjust the CSS to compensate for the plugin.

    Thanks again,
    Kevin

    P.S. My email is: [redacted] May be faster response. Thanks again!

    Hi @kbruno1989 ,

    It seems your theme footer structure is set to a fixed position as a result it completely conflicted with the Theme actually. I would recommend you to contact with the theme author and ask them if they have any separate conditional footer options for the custom post types.

    For the quick solution from our end, you can add this custom CSS to your stylesheet:

    .post-type-archive-docs .content-footer, .tax-doc_category .content-footer, .single-docs .content-footer {
        position: relative;
    }

    NOTE: You can simply add custom CSS by navigating to your WordPress Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize.
    After you are on the Customizer page, search for the “Additional CSS” option. You can then go ahead and insert CSS Code.

    Hope it helps!
    Thank you!
