issue with File Manager Advanced Shortcode

    Hi, we install File Manager Advanced and File Manager Advanced Shortcode in a website of a corporate client: https://www.mc-21.com . The plugin is visible in https://mc-21.com/en/farmacias/cartas-circulares/#elf_l1_MjAxOA. We had had problems when the plugin is used on the front end, we ussualy received in the last 2 weeks a daily requests about an issue, with error plugin screenshots with messages like “Respuesta no válida del backend” o “No se ha podido contactar con el backend. Backend no encontrado. HTTP error 404” (spanish, because is multilingual). But when we access the page with wordpress admin, it works fine. Other times, we must clear cache for work in front end mode, but we had not added files or make changes in the website. We wish to know what do you think about this issue? What do we have to do?

    I have the same problem to list front-end files after shortcodes installation – getting error:

    Invalid backend response.
    Data is empty..

    Written shortcode:

    [file_manager_advanced login=”no” roles=”all” path=”wp-content” path_type=”inside” hide=”plugins” operations=”mkdir,download” view=”grid” theme=”light” lang =”en”]

    Also I have missing files:

    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
    ui-bg_highlight-soft_75_cccccc_1x100.png:1
    Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
    ui-icons_222222_256x240.png:1
