Issue with events plugins

I am using the Canuck theme and WooCommerce Events Manager plugin, there is a display issue with the theme that the events manager developer says is due to how the header file has been implemented.

They had initially implemented a fix, but this has now failed with an update from side or the other – im not sure who.

In a support ticket their response was:

Canuck Theme theme has problem, they did not follow theme standard rules. thats why it had problem. we have edited in our plugin to adjust your need. hope you will purchase pro version and use best event features. Header file is missing.

Not looking to get into blame game, but just looking for a way to resolve this permanently. Any advice you can offer would be much appreciated.

If you look at the URL attached vs any other page you’ll see the header / menu issue i’m having.
