Issue with error message “Deprecated: WP_User_Query…”

    Hi there,

    I’ve just added the Authors List plugin to my website and love the design. The only problem is I see this error message at the top of the page:

    Deprecated: WP_User_Query was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 5.9.0! who is deprecated. Use capability instead. in /home/liviahen/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5600

    How can I resolve this? Thank you!

    Hi @liviah

    An update is coming this week to resolve that.

    But you shouldn’t be getting “deprecated notices” unless you have WP_DEBUG in wp-config.php set to true.

    Usually that’s set to false unless some debugging is done.
