Hi there,

Could you share your System Status Report, it would help us to understand your site setup a bit better. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your reply.

Also, could you share a screenshot of an example of an email your customer received?

Hey again!

I would recommend running a test order after moving this custom template out of the WooCommerce folder:

Overrides: diviecommerce/woocommerce/emails/customer-invoice.php

That will deactivate that template from being used and allow you to use the default WooCommerce one. If you just move it and don’t delete it, you won’t lose the file itself.

Also, I can’t see the screenshots you shared, as they are restricted by a Google Drive login page.
