    Hello,

I’m encountering an error with Gutenberg Forms on WordPress where email notifications fail to send after form submission. The error message is “Failed to send email”. Key details:

    • Email settings are correctly configured.
    • Other WordPress emails function properly.
    • Tested with updated WordPress, Gutenberg Forms, and without plugin conflicts.

Error: Sorry! your form was not submitted properly, Please try again later.

    Error in the Console:

Form Message {status: ‘error’, message: ‘Sorry! your form was not submitted properly, Please try again later.’, details: ‘Failed to send email’}details: “Failed to send email”message: “Sorry! your form was not submitted properly, Please try again later.”status: “error”Prototype: Object

Has anyone faced a similar issue or can offer insights into what might be going wrong?

    Thanks in advance,
    Misha

    Dear @mishaaushev,

    Hope you are doing well.

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Email delivery can be tough with WordPress, make sure it is configured correctly or your hosting provider supports it. You can also use the WP Mail SMTP WordPress plugin to fix this issue.

Let me know if you need more help.

    Regards,
    Sumit

I have the same problem. I have ?WP Mail SMTP WordPress that works fine with other plugins.

    Your plugin doesn’t send email

    Hi @stefacchio ,

Apologies to know that you’re having the same issue with WP Mail SMTP. Please be assured that I’m here to help!

I would like to inform you that we do not have any specific email settings. However, let us begin with some basic troubleshooting steps.

    • Please ensure that you are checking the same email account that you have added to Guetena forms, as all responses will be sent to that email address.
    • Check the spam folder once to ensure that responses are not going there.

If everything is fine, update the plugin once and test again. If emails are still not being delivered, please provide us with the page URL where the form is published so that we can look into the problem.

I’m Sorry @avi25 my mistake. Now It works.

is there a possibility or could you add the customize for email message to admin like CF7?

    thanks

    Hi @stefacchio

Thank you for your message. I’m sorry, currently we don’t have this feature, but the good news is that this feature is in the pipeline for development. We’ll be releasing it soon in upcoming future.

    Regards,
    Avi
