Issue with Email Notification When Comments are Posted

I have a visitor who opted to receive email notifications once a new post is made and they are getting 4 of the same email notifications instead of just one. I’m only aware of one person having this issue so I was wondering if anyone else has complained about it. The theme I’m using is Coaster 1.03 by Themes WP Free.
