Issue with Editing spacing Size

    I need help please since one site a nice view of editing links while the other is very small I cant even view the links well. I will show using some two images below.

    Kinly how can I correct image one to issue so that my links appear as image two. Those are two diiferent sites of mine. What might be causing the issue?
