Issue with EDD checkboxes in settings after saving

    When I try and check any of the boxes under the Easy Digital Downloads section here: /wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cfturnstile
    Then click save. None of the checked boxes save. It always reverts back to unchecked. All the other settings work and save. Any idea why this is happening in the latest version?

    Hello,

    The issue was driving me a little crazy so I spent some time and found the issue. The database tables do not exist. I had to manually add these to my database:
    cfturnstile_edd_checkout on
    cfturnstile_edd_register on

    This enables the options and they are checked when I go to my settings page. Turnstile then works on the intended pages. However, if I save my options in your settings, then it removes those tables in the DB and it’s not working again.

    For reference, I use EDD Pro. Could you kindly check, correct and release a stable version with the bug fix?

    @mvincik Same issue +1. I think I would directly make try in the way you shared, than create a ticket as a paid user on EDD official site.
