    Hi Support Team,

    We’ve noticed a problem with the Flexible Shipping plugin. On our checkout page, the notification for the amount left for free shipping is being duplicated. However, this issue isn’t reproducible on the cart page. This duplication is causing confusion for our customers.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    1. Add items to the cart.
    2. Proceed to the checkout page.
    3. Notice the duplicated notification for free shipping.

    Expected Behavior: The free shipping notification should appear once, without duplication on checkout page.

    Plugin Details:

    • Plugin: Flexible Shipping
    • Version: Version 4.24.17
    • Platform:WooCommerce

    Please advise on resolving this issue or if further information is needed.

    Could you please send information about the theme you are using in your stores? Do you reproduce this error for the default Storefront theme?

    We will do our best to solve this issue regardless of the theme, but it will help us determine the cause of the error.

    Hi @tograczyk,

    I’m using breakdance. However I have run extensive conflict tests, and I get the same error, even running 2024 theme, and just 2 plug-ins. I have also downgraded PHP on my server trying 8.2, 8.1, 8.0 & 7.4 and I get this same issue regardless of what I am doing.

    we cannot reproduce this problem on our own.

    Can you provide us with a test environment (stage) with a recreated configuration causing this problem?
