    We have an issue with customers who have duplicate company names. So two customers, from different sides of the country, both have the same company name.

    The second customer signs up, creates an order etc, but now they’ve been added as an Associated Contact of the first company.

    When our staff add customers manually, and their company name conflicts with one already in the system, we will add a unique suffix, like their city, but when it’s happening automatically from customers using the front-end, they end up merging with a company already in the system.

    Is there something we can do to resolve this? or at least work around it?
