issue with divi theme on latest update

    hi to all,
    I really cannot figure out how to fix this, after the latest divi and wp updates(I don’t know exactly when but for sure in the latest 10 days) I have an infinite load like in the picture above when I’m trying to use the divi builder with popupmaker. I have tried to set all the popups as drafts but with no success.
    Console report this error
    GET https://neos.anekitalia.com/popup/early-booking/?et_fb=1&et_bfb=1 404 (Not Found)
    Any fix for this? many many thanks

    divi and popupmaker are updated at the last versions and wp too

    I have the same problem

    I have the same issue. I switched back to the Classic Divi Builder and I can build new and modify existing popups in the old page builder.

    The link to switch to the older builder is on the bottom right of the of the Popup Maker metabox. As said above the page in the popup loads continuously and I couldn’t click the link to change page builders. I had to go to a regular page to select the link.

    daniel the developer followed this issue of the facebook page and he is pretty sure that this is related to divi.. so we have to push the support to fix this

    @wassy83, @gizmo100, @crazytech1 – Hey guys, sorry for the delay here, but I believe I have spoken with you each via other support methods.

    Honestly we haven’t changed anything in months that could have caused a sudden issue, and the old divi editor (which they clearly left in place for issues like this) doesn’t have the issue.

    Further all reports I have helped with so far have either had no errors or errors unrelated to Popup Maker.

    I’m happy to help debug this, but I don’t use Divi so don’t have a copy, further without knowing their code I don’t know that I would be much use. They would be the best ones to tell us exactly what is going wrong, then we can possibly help resolve it.

    The only thing that comes to mind is our post type is private, not public.

    hei @danieliser just want to update you that today divi team released a new update v3.19.9 that reports the following changelog:
    Added Divi Builder support for custom post type (CPT) which can’t be publicly queryable.
    you were right from the beginning, the issue was related exactly to not public CPT.
    Now is working perfectly! I think that this is important cause both divi and popupmaker have 1 milions of users around the world!
