Issue with “Display an Opt-in Field at Checkout”

    Site info:
    Site is using PHP version 7.4
    WP version 5.8.3
    Theme is Techstore
    Using Quotes for WooCommerce to convert site to quote-only.

    Issue:
    Cannot submit order/quote.

    What I’ve done thus far:
    I have downloaded “Sendinblue – WooCommerce Email Marketing” plugin.
    Activated.
    Entered the Sendinblue API key.

    Went to “WooCommerce>Settings>Sendinblue>Subscription Options
    Unticked “Enable Subscription”
    (either enabled/disabled, I have same issue)
    Scrolled down and ticked “Display an Opt-in Field at Checkout”

    Went to “WooCommerce>Settings>Sendinblue>Email Options
    Unticked Enable Sendinblue to send WooCommerce emails
    (either enabled/disabled, I have same issue)

    Went to add item to order/quote.
    Filled in forms.
    Saw the checkbox that Sendinblue plugin added at bottom of form.

    However, when clicking submit on order/quote, the page scrolls up and shows a gray box above all of the form fields. order/quote does not go through.

    When I deactivate the plugin, everything works as it should.

    Can someone tell me if their plugin is working and why it may not be on our site?
