• Dear CTX Feed Support Team,

    I am writing to report a problem with the CTX Feed plugin on my e-commerce site, CCToys.cz.

    The main issue I’m facing is that the values from the tags ‘Regular Price’ and ‘Sale Price’ are disappearing from the feed after a few hours. Initially, when I create or regenerate the feed, the price values are present and correct. However, after some time, these values vanish, leading to the rejection of products by both Google Merchant Center.

    This problem has been recurring and is affecting the performance and reliability of my product listings on these platforms. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this issue. Are there any settings or configurations that I need to adjust to maintain the stability of the price values in the feed?

    Multi Language Site: You are using WPML for multi language site. But the free version of this plugin is not compatible with WPML. Using Woo Feed Pro you can make feed for each language.

    Multi Currency Site: WooCommerce Multilingual is installed. Free version of Woo Feed does not support multi currency feed. To make feed for individual currency, you need the Woo Feed Pro.

    Thanks for reaching us,

    So far, we can understand your feed price is disappearing at the time of auto-update. Does your website use any currency switcher Or multi-currency plugin? Since CTX Feed Free is not compatible with a multi-currency plugin, as well as a WPML multi-lingual site, this can happen.

    To help identify the issue, please temporarily disable the multi-currency plugin until the auto-update occurs. As CTX Feed Free does not offer multi-currency feature, we assume it caused the issue.
