Issue with Custom Image Sizes Being Resized to 100×100
-
Hello,
I am currently experiencing an issue with the Perfect Images plugin, version 6.5.1. I have created several custom image sizes for my website. However, I’ve encountered a problem where, upon generating an image, the plugin dashboard indicates that all custom sizes have been resized to 100×100 pixels, which is not the intended behavior.
Here are the steps I’ve followed:
- Created custom image sizes in the plugin settings.
- Uploaded new images to test the custom sizes.
- Observed that all custom sizes are being resized to 100×100 pixels in the plugin dashboard.
I attempted a couple of troubleshooting steps to resolve it:
- I changed the name of the custom size to lowercase (e.g., from “ExtraSmall” to “extrasmall”) to see if the naming convention had an impact.
- I altered the cropping setting for the custom sizes, switching from “no” to “center” crop, in hopes that it might affect the resizing behavior.
- Enable/Disable WebP
- Enable/Disable Retina
- Enable/Disable Image Threshold
Is there a known bug in this version, or am I missing a specific setting that needs to be adjusted for the custom sizes to work correctly?
Thank you for your time and support.
