I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to report a technical issue we are encountering with the OmniSend integration on our WooCommerce site, specifically related to the WCPA (WooCommerce Product Add-Ons) product fields.
We have observed that the custom fields created by the WCPA plugin are not being correctly captured or displayed in the cart and checkout pages when emails are sent to our customers via OmniSend. This issue is causing a significant inconvenience as it affects the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to our customers about their customized orders.
