    Hello,

I am currently facing an issue with a custom cookie configuration in your plugin. Specifically, I manually added both the function and expiration for the cookie “e_kit-elements-defaults.” While the function appears correctly on the front-end, the expiration date does not show up. It remains empty or missing in the table.

I have rechecked the manual entry and cleared any potential cache, but the issue persists. Could you please assist in resolving this so that the expiration date is also displayed correctly along with the function?

    Thank you for your help!

    Best regards

    Hello @webesi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

I have replicated your issue on my end, and it seems that you may have thought the “1 year” under “Expiration” was automatically written by default. However, it is just placeholder text. When you click on it, you’ll notice no text is actually written in the label.
Please manually enter “1 year”, save, and complete the wizard. Once done, you should see the changes inside the cookie policy under the Elementor cookies.

Let me know, looking forward to hearing you soon.

I had indeed entered the text, but as you can see in the imagen, it doesn’t seem to be working properly. It’s odd because the value appears saved in the control panel, but it doesn’t reflect in the cookie policy.

    Hello @webesi ,

Have you tried syncing the cookies list by clicking on the “Sync” button in the upper left corner? Also, please try clearing the cache to see if that helps.

If you’re still experiencing issues, feel free to reach out to us by creating a ticket through our official support center on the website.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello,

Yes, I have already tried syncing the cookies list and clearing the cache, but the issue persists across several of my websites. I have also sent a ticket to support regarding billing information changes, but I have not received a response yet. I will create a new ticket through the support center for the current issue.

    Thank you for your help!
