issue with cost calculator 3.1.14 Premium version

    hi,

    i have the cost calculator 3.1.14 Premium version, and when i had updated the plugin , in calculator tab i don’t see the calculators that i had make .

    how can i fix this issue?

    Please make sure you don’t have 3rd party plugins installed that could contribute to this case. Recently, some users have been experiencing difficulties with the Polylang plugin. Our team is working on this case.

    In order to solve this case, please try temporarily deactivating all third-party plugins, then check the calculators. If they come back, export all calculators:

    After that, activate all disabled plugins. Then import all calculators using the “Import” function:

    hi, 

    When i disable  the polylang plugin , then the calculators appeared , 

    but not calculate the orders that I have set .

    The orders exist but the formula does not calculate  .

    the formula calculate the orders , works fine now, the site was cached

    i clear the cache and works .

    So the only problem was the polylang plugin , when i disable it , then the calculators appeared?.

    Hello @tknowledge.

    We planed release compatibility update with Polylang?in future updates.

    For now, you can:

    1. Disable Polylang;
    2. Export your calculators.
    3. Enable Polylang;
    4. Import Calculators and they will appear when multilingual plugin enabled.
