issue with contact form 7!

  • We had an expert install a theme Beauty salon theme from themeforest (2948075) and it has the contact form 7 with an appointment form.

    When we test the appointment form, it give a non valided error?

    When I put the date in manually, does not auto populate – it is not validating?

    Any ideas?

    works on mobile – showing day, month and year but not on desktop?

    Try switching to the default theme.

    But I want the plugin to work with the theme the plugin came with?

    Switched to default and still did not work.

    Tried it on our PC and clients PC, exactly the same – odd as it works perfectly on mobile devices? But does not on desktop computers???

    It is a theme issue. Try switching to the default theme.

    Takayuki, as you instructed earlier, we reset the site to default theme AND your plugin did not work at all!

    Did you not see this? We reported back that the default theme also has issues, so cannot be the theme! If it was the the issue, your plugin would work with the default theme and it does not! So it has to be your plugin…

    As I said it works on mobile perfectly, but not on desktop – what is the solution?
