    Hi,

    I have used paid version of the plugin. I have enabled the setting for contact form 7. When I try to submit a form, it always shows this error(OUR INVISIBLE ANTI-BOT (RECAPTCHA 3) MISTOOK YOUR INPUT FOR SPAM. PLEASE TRY AGAIN.). I have disabled the cache plugin, I have changed the browser but nothing helps. It always shows this error and I am not able to submit the form.

    Can you let me know how to fix it?

    Hello,

    This message is not from the CleanTalk plugin. Seems like you have ReCaptcha enabled. Please check your plugins and Contact Form 7 settings.

    I have checked other plugins and Recaptcha enabled from CleanTalk plugin and it always shows that error.

    Hello.
    Thank you for coming back to us.

    The description of our Anti-Spam by CleanTalk plugin begins with the words “No CAPTCHA”. There is no such option in our plugin. So it is not our error message.

    This error message comes from the webform. It has a hidden field. Please check the webform’s plugin or its addons again.

    HI,

    Once I deactivate the CleanTalk plugin or disable contact form protection from Cleantalk settings the error disappears. It means that the error is coming from the Cleantalk plugin. Can you take a look at the form that link I have provided?

    I have deactivated the cache and other plugin to test the issue. The issue is coming from cleantalk.

    The CleanTalk plugin never had any captchas. And we don’t plan to add any captcha in the future too. Moreover, we advise to stop using captcha at all.

    Please, disable the captcha plugins you have, clear your website cache and test the form again.

    Hi,

    I know Cleantalk does not have a captcha. Actually, this error message is set in contact form 7 error messages here(https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/image/22059782?key=befc2f355a87afafd440d5e9d6b1cdaa) but this message is triggered by clean talk. I have created a staging site(https://stag3pvantage.wpengine.com/form/) and deactivated all plugins and use the default theme. Clear all cache from files but it still shows the error. It means Cleantalk declare the email as spam and contact form7 shows this error. When I deactivate the clean talk error goes away.

    Waiting for suggestions, Also let me know where I can share staging credentials with clean talk support so you can check.

    Is there any other private ticket system?

    We faced a similar issue and fixed it in the Anti-Spam plugin’s new release 5.172. You can update the plugin when this version is available.

    HI,

    I have created a ticket number week ago but didn’t get any reply from support. My issue is still there. I have provided staging for debugging. Please solve my issue ASAP. today I have created another ticket today in your private ticket system. Please check it and solve my issue. I have provided staging credentials in private ticket systen.
