    HI,

After recently updating Ninja Forms and the Conditional Logic add-on, we’ve been having some issues with form data.

From what I can tell, the update changed the way these values are passed. It seems as though now there’s a mandatory 1:1 relationship between a field’s value and a field’s label.

Previously, we could assign a non-unique value to a unique label, if that makes sense. After the update, this is no longer the case.

    Here’s a case-in-point:

    https://sullivan.edu/

Click the “Request More Info” button to view the contact form.
Select “Sullivan Louisa” as the Campus of Interest.

We route the field values into our CRM. Before the update, I could assign the VALUE of “Sullivan Online” to the “Sullivan Louisa” field name.

I could also assign the VALUE “Sullivan Online” to the “Sullivan Online” option.

So, essentially, two different form LABELS had the same value. Seems pretty standard, but after the update, I’m forced to create a unique value for “Sullivan Louisa” because the “Sullivan Online” option. This causes issues with our lead flow.

Is this a bug? Seems like it. Any ideas for a quick fix?

    Thanks,

    Greg
