Issue with checkout fields ordering

    Hey

    Since I updated the plugin from version 4.3 to version 4.4.8, I am unable to get checkout fields to follow order defined in admin.

    I’m getting the following order :

    1. postcode
    2. address 1
    3. address 2
    4. city

    But in admin, I defined:

    1. address 1
    2. address 2
    3. postcode
    4. city

    WordPress 5.2.3
    Woocommerce 3.7.0
    WooCommerce Checkout Manager 4.4.8

    Nice if you could help with this.
