• Hi,

I am experiencing an issue when running this plugin alongside Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce. I have changed the hook priority in the settings to 1001 and tried other higher values such as 2000.

The issue I am experiencing is that after entering a postcode, clicking the lookup button and deciding that the address I require isn’t in the list of returned addresses I click the enter address manually button and manually enter my address.

When I click the next button the address fields (apart from the postcode go blank) and the form fails validation because the required fields are empty.

Any help with this issue would be much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Ben,

Does the issue still occur if you disable the YITH multi-step checkout plugin?

    Hi Gaz,

Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I have done some further testing and if I disable this plugin then it works as expected (I have updated the topic title as appropriate). Would you have capacity to implement a fix for this please?

    Many thanks

    Hi Ben,

No problem. I can certainly look into it, but I have a very busy few weeks ahead of me so I am unlikely to be able to dedicate any time to it until mid-September at the earliest I’m afraid.

    Hi Gaz,

That’s completely understandable, many thanks for putting some time to this.

    Hi Gaz,

Many thanks for your 2.2 release, I have re-tested this with the YITH multi-step checkout plugin and the same issue still occurs, would you be able to investigate this please?

    Many thanks

    Hi Ben,

I believe the 2.2 release was the one you tested originally when you created this topic, so nothing’s changed on this score — the only recent update I’ve made was to update the ‘tested up to’ version number.

Unfortunately I’ve not yet found much time to take a look into this, but it is still on my list to do so.

    Thanks,
    Gareth.
