Issue with Checkboxes

We tested at our end and its all working fine.

Have you added the checkbox field after all settings of GSheet is done? If so then we recommend to save the GSheet Connection settings again ( i.e Sheet Id, Name, Tab Id and Name ). and lastly check if it all works.
