Issue with Bundle Product Display in Order Overview

    Dear Support Team,

    a wish you a happy new Year!

    I’m experiencing an issue with how bundled products are displayed in the order overview under “My Account > Orders” on my WooCommerce site.

    The problem is that instead of showing the main bundle product (parent product) in the order overview, one of the bundle components (child products) is displayed. This is confusing for my customers because the actual main product they purchased (the parent product) is not shown.

    I have the “Prepend parent name” option enabled, but it does not seem to resolve this issue. The expected behavior would be for the parent product to appear in the order overview, either on its own or alongside the child products, but this is not happening.

    Could you please advise how to ensure the parent product is correctly displayed in the order overview?

    We tested the plugin and it is working fine. Check this screenshot.

    Maybe a conflict on your site causes this issue. Follow the below instructions.

    • Deactivate any WooCommerce-related plugins or other plugins, and only active the product bundle and WooCommerce.
    • Delete the product from the cart and add it again.
    • Test it again and If it worked fine, activate other plugins one by one to find the plugin that causes this issue.

    Thank you for your reply. The issue does not occur when viewing the order details as shown in your screenshot. However, it does appear on the order overview page, where the main product is not listed. Instead, some of the bundle items are displayed incorrectly. It happens with all are products.

    Please see my screenshots for clarification:

    1. Order details are correct: The main product, “BARF-Berater,” is listed properly. Screenshot
    2. Order overview is incorrect: Instead of showing the main product, it displays “+ Aufzeichnung (inkl. 19 % USt),” which is misleading. Customers cannot differentiate between their orders, as the same item seems to appear for multiple orders. Screenshot

    Could you please investigate this issue and let me know if there’s a solution?

    Thank you for the screenshots.

    We checked the orders page and the WooCommerce doesn’t have that column in the table so it is a custom column on your website which is added by a plugin or theme or a custom code.

    You can find the WooCommerce default table here.

    You should contact the plugin that adds that column to the table.

    Unfortunately we don’t have a solution for it.
