    Thank you for sharing this detailed feedback. Our plugin is not compatible with this new feature of BuddyBoss.

    We’ll investigate to know exactly what’s causing this. We’ll come back to you once we found a potential solution for that.

    Concerning the emails, please be aware that this issue can occur when your emails are either not send by your server -for instance, when mailing services are incorrectly set- or not received by your registering user because of his mail client spam filter.

    Thank you for your patience.

    Can you please deactivate the “Display Verified Badge in Private Messages” feature in DashBoard > BuddyBoss > Verified Member > Messages Settings? Then, can you please confirm me this issue is still occurring?

    We cannot reproduce this. So, we’re trying to figure out if activating or deactivating this feature has an impact.
