    Theme – Blossom Coach Version: 1.2.4

    issues are –
    1. after entering “mail chimp” API key, lists are not being displayed

    2. On front end, no email id is accepted and a dialogue box saying “please enter a valid email” comes up.

    Tries-
    1. has created audience in mailchimp
    2. has created groups as well

    If you have added the API key successfully, then the possible cause of the issue might using different merge tags. In the website, you have enabled the field for email only. Please check your MailChimp settings to see if you have enable the Merge field to accept only email address. You can configure the Merge field in MailChimp from here.

    i replaced “mailchimp” from “convertkit”, Now it is working fine.

    i have 3 subscription forms at different positions, like
    one at – Customizing ? General Settings -Header Settings
    second at- Customizing ? General Settings -Newsletter Setting
    third at – Customizing ? Front Page Settings -Banner Section

    Out of these three, only one is working, which is at ( Customizing ? General Settings -Header Settings ),
    rest two are not working,

    Any solution for the remaining two?
