    Dear LiteSpeed Support Team,

We are experiencing an issue with the LiteSpeed Cache plugin on our WordPress site, specifically in relation to changes not being reflected on our homepage. We are using the Betheme theme and suspect that there might be some incompatibility issues causing this problem.

Despite making updates and adjustments to the homepage content, these changes are not visible immediately, leading us to believe that the caching mechanism is not updating the cached version as expected. This has been a recurring issue and is affecting our ability to manage and update our site efficiently.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I don’t see anything out of ordinary

please check the http response header, looking for x-litespeed-cache header, and see what is value before and after you make the change.

    Thanks for your reply.

Its the same… it only refreshes if we manually click on purge cache option on Litespeed plugin. But i think it doesnt need a manual action from our side when updating content on homepage. Isnt?

wait a second, so the issue is , when you edit something , it doesn’t show up the change until you purge the cache , right ?

how exactly do you edit the page ?

    (@djwilko12)

Yes, we edit the page using the Betheme′s BeBuilder. On other sites, using other themes, when doing same thing, updates show up automatically. This is not happening here.

okay , I see, then you should probably ask the betheme support, if their builder has any hook we can use to fire the purge call upon its saving action

Ok, ill do that. But i think its also interesting from your side to check about this, and have contact with this theme developers, as this is quite a popular theme and offer compatibility with your plugin provides value to you too.

yeah well , I requested a dev license from them long time ago , but at end of day, they didn’t provide one , so we couldn’t check it out even we wanted to
