    Hi,

    Please could you send us a copy of the latest full backup log?

    This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
    The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi Bryle

    I’m sorry but I dont have pastebin and I tried dropbox (free version) but I dont seem to be able to get my way knowing how to use it as it keeps giving me issue.

    Would it be ok and safe to post the log here?

    Hi,

    You don’t need an account for pastebin – https://pastebin.com/.
    I’m afraid WP moderators does not allow users to posts logs directly here as it tends to be long.

    Hi Kym,

    The log shows:
    “0045.477 (0) Google Drive: ERROR: Have not yet obtained an access token from Google (has the user authorised?) (Invalid request (refresh token not present).) (no_refresh_token)”

    It appears that Google Drive has not been fully authenticated. Please go to settings > Google Drive > click the authentication link again and follow through the orange page until you get a successfully completed message in the end.
