Issue with AYS Popup Box wp-admin Screen for Custom User Role

    We are encountering an issue with the AYS Popup Box plugin in our WordPress site. Specifically, the wp-admin settings screen for the box settings appears to be misaligned or “weird” for our custom user role. The issue is not present for super admin users, but only occurs for users with a custom role we have created.

    Could you please investigate why the AYS Popup Box settings page appears incorrectly for our custom user role? Any guidance on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated.
