Issue with attached file

Was this file uploaded from the dashboard or from the front-end? The file seems to be uploaded correctly as we can browse the file if we navigate to the link(after striping the URL to the correct format).
Could you send us a test order number and/or required email address so that we can investigate and see what might be wrong? You could email us at [email protected] if you do not want to share this information here.

the file upload just right, the problem is when you try to download it or see it.
the url that the plugin set is https://arias.do/wp-content/uploads/order-tracking-uploads plus https:/arias.do/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/bancamerica.pdf thats the problem….

ok I could fix the picture bug….but still having problems with pdf..files field…

Could you please send us an email at [email protected] with the following information.
Please let us know what’s the WordPress Address (URL) & “Site Address (URL)” by navigating to the “Settings” area of “WordPress” admin sidebar.
Also, could you disable all the plugins and momentarily switch to a default WordPress them to see if that makes a difference to the URL?
