Issue with Astra theme for the Elementor responsive design (mobile devices)

    Hello. I have an issue with the Astra theme and Elementor pro + Sticky Header Effects for Elementor on mobile devices. I can create my sticky header and it is visible in WordPress overview, however it does not show on mobile devices when testing on an actual phone.

    Also my pop-up template does not work on mobile devices either. Is there a fix for this or is it something you can look into?

    I visited your site and didn’t see a header on your site. Is it intentional or is it me missing something?

    In the meantime, please check this doc to know how to create a header using Header Builder and this doc to do the same for mobile.

    And also, by pop-up template, sorry, I don’t get you. Could you please elaborate a bit more about that?

    Hi Herman,

    I have resolved the issue with the header. It should show on my site and scroll down on mobile devices now. However this was fixed by disabling the Sticky Header Effects for Elementor plug-in and therefore there is still an issue when using the astra theme on my site together with this plug-in.

    Regarding to the pop-up. I have created a normal pop-up which shows on computer and tablet devices. But it does not show on mobile devices. It shows when I change the theme to for example twenty twenty but not when I have the Astra theme installed. I can’t identify an issue since I have not changed any of the settings or added custom code to the mobile device in my pop-up.

    Hi @mariannehellesen,

    I visited your site and saw that the header and sticky header are working fine on desktop and mobile. Even though I saw a big white space between the header and the content on the desktop, as seen in this screenshot. Not sure what that is.

    And for the popup, what plugin did you use to create the popup? How can I see it? What is the trig to make the popup shows up?
